The demanding nature of our customer's applications, including aerospace, defense, medical, food service and research & development often require certification of materials used. All of our powders are traceable to the batch and lot number being used and this information is available on request.
Our system of material processing includes ball mills, bead mills, vertical spray dryers and horizontal spray dryers. The diversity of equipment enhances our flexibility as well as overall volume of production. Efficiently supporting small or large batch size, fine or coarse grain size and rapid changeover between materials is at the heart of our process.
